In the months of February and March 2011, ELMAN s.r.l. sponsorized the realization of a 3D model of the South side of the Coliseum (Flavian Amphitheatre), providing technical and informatic support.The work has been realized by Poleis Società Cooperativa for the Soprintendenza Speciale per i Beni Archeologici di Roma (the italian authority for cultural heritage in Rome) before the upcoming restoration of the monument scheduled for 2012-2015.

Elman AIS Base Station, model ABT-1103, has been tested successfully according the most recent applicable standards, as reported in the Statement of Conformity released by BSH (Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency).
AIS contract in Morocco

Elman will be present with its systems in Morocco, as shown on the website Maritimenews: Following the inauguration made by His Majesty King Mohamed VI of the Maritime Surveillance Command Center of Tangier, the Direction de la Marine Marchande (DMM) designated Elman for the supply and installation of fourteen AIS (Automatic Identification System) stations on the following locations:
- Service Center of the Marine Marchande a Nador, Mohammedia, Casablanca, Jorf Lasfar, Safi e Agadir;
- Lighthouses of Cape of Sidi Abed in Al Hoceima and Cape Spartel in Tangier, the lighthouse of Point Nador in Larache, the lighthouses of Mehdia in Kenitra and Cape Boujdor in Boujdor;
- Port Authorities of M'diq, Tarfaya and Dakhla
Several National and International companies participated to this tender. ELMAN SRL (ITALY) was awarded with the contract, beating the competition of companies such as Australian Maritime System.
